Telford Crisis Support currently has the following volunteer opportunities:

OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR:
Hours: Part-time

Dutes will include:

– Answering the phone and taking messages
– Updating and sorting forms
– Managing stationary and necessary resources
– inputting data to our online system
– Setting up and maintaining a filing system
– Assist in compiling reports for the database
– Liaise with the helping hands project for data analysis
– General office duties

Education and Qualification requirements:
Understanding of Microsoft Office programmes
Experience of working in a similar role
This role may be split or shared between volunteers so good communication is needed.

Full training and induction will be given.
