If you’re a family, or access mental health services, or you’re under the age of 18 you need to talk to Telford and Wrekin Council’s Housing Options Team for them to assess your eligibility for emergency housing. You can contact the Housing Options Team via First Point, Addenbrooke House, Ironmasters Way, TF3 4NT. Telephone: 01952 380000.

[hr]

If you’re aged 18-25, you should still contact the Housing Options Team and ask them for a referral form to be considered by the Single Allocation Panel.

Once the referral form has been completed and all the sections have been filled in, you need to return the completed form to Telford and Wrekin Council Housing Services, 5A Darby House, TF3 4LE.

When the Council have received your application, your details will be added to the supported housing list to be considered and they will contact you.
